“ love getting Mongolian beef noodles with flat wide noodles,spicy wontons, sweet and sour cucumbers are great. Spicy beef brisket noodles with knife cut noodles are awesome! ”
“ This place doesn't reach the heights of Shang Artisan Noodle, but you can get a good neighborhood meal here. Most dishes hit the mark without blowing us away. The sweet and sour cucumber was over-salted, but had a nice crunch and plenty of umami taste. Our noodles were perfectly done with a hint of chew. The pork belly and vegetables in the dish were delicious, but a little skimpy. It was mostly noodle. Pork dumplings fresh and tasty, just not memorable. All in all, an enjoyable dinner with quick and capable service. ”

They too have hand pulled noodles which you can watch from a sitting bar top. I really like their beef brisket noodle soup, green onion pancakes, and gyoza. We actually came here for a Celebration on the closing of our 2nd home purchase. Life is good and food is good! I had the garlic vegetable noodles, Mongolian beef lo mein, my littles REALLY enjoyed the spring rolls and fried pork dumplings. The beef brisket noodle soup is a must order! ”
